See:

PRCA media guidelines» Media Guidelines For Rodeo Coverage | PRCA Sports News (prorodeo.com)

Check-In:

Badges are issued on a daily basis. Check-in is required each day at the Media Room. Each individual requesting a credential badge must sign his/her own waiver form before badge is issued. Credentials cannot be issued in advance.

Parking:

Available on the East parking lot. There is no designated media parking area. Please present your Press Badge or media ID to gain access to parking at no charge.

Dress Code:
PRCA photographers:
Long-sleeved, Western-style shirts, long pants or jeans and western boots or riding shoes. A cowboy hat is not required.
TV and news outlet photographers and reporters:
Closed-toe shoes or boots if shooting in working areas; short or long-sleeved shirts (no sleeveless, tank or halter tops); long trousers or jeans preferred.

Rodeo officials reserve the right to refuse or revoke credentials if dress is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Dress code is determined by the Tucson Rodeo Committee to promote safety and to avoid visual distraction in photo presentations. Thank you for your cooperation.
