TREVOR BRAZILE TAKES TUCSON ALL-AROUND CHAMPIONSHIP

(Tucson, Ariz – Feb. 24, 2008) – Trevor Brazile earned his third consecutive Tucson tie-down roping championship and took home the Lynn Beutler Award as Tucson’s all-around champion. Brazile of Decatur, Texas, who also competed in team roping, picked up a paycheck for $6,047 for his efforts in Tucson.

The top 12 competitors in each event competed today with the best aggregate times or scores for the nine-day event earning the event championship. Perfect weather and a sell-out crowd of 11,000 capped off a star-studded rodeo for the 83rd time in Tucson.
